If you have a legal passport from Belgium, then you are eligible to apply.

This does not include people who are on a Work visa, "Green card or similar" or who have temporary or permanent residence in Belgium UNLESS you are also a citizen with a passport from Belgium.

You must have a Belgian passport to apply.
